Terms of Service

  1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
  2. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
  3. You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
  4. You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
  5. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
  6. Your up-line cannot be changed, Unless your Up-Line has been inactive for 30 Days or more.
    There may be a charge for this which and you will be made aware of the charge witch will be defined at the time of the request and will be taken out of your Account or Purchase account balance, you will need to confirm / agree to your new up-line and the price that will be charge for the service after the fist request.
  7. We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
  8. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
  9. We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
  10. Each Time you get a payment you are REQUIRED to post a screen shot in the forums Payment Proof section within 72 hours from time of payment, If you do not comply your account will be suspended until a screen-shot proof has been posted in the forum. There is no Acceptation to this Rule you MUST post proof every time you get a payment or your account WILL be suspended Period.
  11. Cheating will NOT be Tolerated in any Form or from Any Country, You Cheat or Break this T.O.S. in any way you will lose ALL your earnings and your account Period.
  12. One to Three Month of no ad clicks (inactive accounts) will cause the account to be deleted automatically. As stated above this is Automatic and can not be reversed, you will need to sign-up again if you wish to earn with us again.
  13. Our Definition of an Investor, We define An investor as someone that has

    a. added funds to there account and or
    b. Paid for an advertising package and or
    c. Upgraded there account.

    Please Note Any of a b or c as stated above only need to be done one time to be named a Investor.

    Anyone who has not invested some amount of money into the site is defined as a Non-Investor and as such shale receive 25% less then the amount requested via the payout option. This is called a "Non-Investor Cash-Out Fee" an example of this would be, a Non-Investor requests a payment of $2.52 (we note they are a "Non-Investor") there payout is made but at a rate of 25% less then requested equaling $1.89. This is needed as we need inverters / advertisers or we will fail.
  14. Users must remain active after requesting a payment, When its your turn to get a payment your account will be checked before any payment is sent, If you have not been active (Last Click within 3 days of day I Check) your payment may be removed and the money placed back in your account balance. This will ensure only active members are paid.
  15. Using Fake Info to Signup will result in a Ban from our Site. Also if you have a lot of direct referrals from the same country using fake info this will cause you to be banned as well. Avoid Recruiting Cheaters.
